BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Prices

Garage2000 regularly revises both listed products and prices to offer them at the best conditions. Prices might increase or decrease according to special seasonal offers. The prices given on the website are valid only in case of online reservations, and include VAT at the current rate, unless otherwise specified. We don’t apply any further cost, independentely from the way of payment used.

2. Booking procedures and cancellation policy

2.1 If you book on the Garage2000 website, a reservation voucher will be issued automatically once the payment has gone through.

2.2 Directions and parking procedures: we suggest all customers to follow our directions to the parking facility and the instructions given for the selected service. The customer is responsible for getting the right details before leaving. Garage2000 won’t refund the customer if the problem doesn’t depend on it, i.e. in case of missing reservations, train cancellations or wrong information searched by the customer.

2.3 If the customer doesn’t show the reservation voucher, he could be asked to pay a higher amount than the one previously confirmed on it. GARAGE 2000 can ask the difference if the parking time booked online is shorter than the real one.

2.4 Daily rates can vary according to the date as well as the length of staying and both arrival and departure times.

2.5 High or particularly big vehicles: Extra large vehicles, such as trucks, camping vans, etc. can’t be included in all parking facilities. We kindly ask the customer to write an email to info@garage2000.it in order to check the availability before leaving.

2.6 Arrival time: We kindly ask the customer to arrive to the parking facility in advance, in order to manage to get the train.

2.7 Claim procedure: The customer is liable to park his vehicle. We kindly ask the customer to contact the parking facility directly in case of claims, such as damages to the vehicle or loss of whatever personal item or belonging during the parking time. Garage2000 is not liable in case of such incidents.

2.8 Garage2000 has no legal liability and doesn’t refund in case of strikes, or force majeure conditions or other circumstances beyond its control, it has no liability as well in case of any further expenses, omissions, delays, new planning or actions taken by the government or other authorities. Garage2000 is never liable either in case of indirect, accidental, punitive, special damages, or in case of damages following or linked to the use of this website, to the delay or inability to connect to this website, or for any other damages following to its use. These Terms and Conditions and the Declaration of liability herewith stated have no effects on the consumer legal rights.


3. Declaration of dismissal of responsibility

The data as well as the softwares, products and services published on this website could include either inaccuracies or typing errors. In particular, Garage2000 doesn’t guarantee the accuracy of the information given as well as the description of hotels, parkings and other travel products published on this website (including, pictures, list of attractions, products general descriptions, etc, without limits), and denies any liability in case of inaccuracy of such details and descriptions, that are mostly given by the corresponding operators. Each evaluation given on this website must be intended as a general guideline, Garage2000 doesn’t guarantee the accuracy of the details. The information is periodically updated. Garage2000 and/or the corresponding suppliers can improve or change the website at any time.
